WRITTEN by SARMAD ASHRAF
Every now and then, we see various people who know that there is
something wrong with them and their lives. Specifically, the problem seems to
be a greater one, when someone comes to realize that there personality from the
inside, their attitudes, values, behaviors and their thinking patterns are not
right. They try to find a solution to it and may find a number of books and
audio lectures on this issue. People like Paul McKenna and Richard Bandler are
among the top self-hypnotics teachers and provide you will courses that can
change your personality in actually a week. Not just a claim, but there are a
lot of real examples that have benefited from them. They help you to change the
way you think and eventually help you get rid of your problems.
However, I cannot understand why people don't use much simpler
ways. Ways which are more authentic. I want to share one similar way with you.
It starts by analyzing what you do is wrong. So the first step is to identify
and understand the things that are wrong. Then the next step is amazingly
simple. After each time you do any such act, you just pray to God for
forgiveness and with no doubt in mind, promise your own self that you will not
do it again. Third step is that before you sleep, just count the good things
that you did in a day and promise yourself to do it better next day. At the
same time, count the bad things that you did, ask for forgiveness and promise
that you will not do it the next day. It may sound absurd, childish, slow
and unbelievable, but remember, we don't do bad things because we cannot
stop from it but because that deep inside our heart we don't consider it bad.
We ignore the badness of the actions. We can change a habit only when our soul,
our mind, our heart and our body fully and completely holds it a bad
thing and regrets when such a thing is done. If we can just give a little try,
we can transform our self-better than any self-help course, free of course and
on a permanent basis.
